1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our international warehouse partners. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

  • USA/UK: 3–12 business days

  • Asia & Other Regions: 10–15 business days
    Shipping times vary based on the destination and product availability.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.
