✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, water, wear & tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care products (e.g. massagers, pillows, or brushes) that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at buzznestcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return shipping process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
